Week 7
I am about to start week 7 of my 24 week training plan and it’s week 7 of 8 of the foundation phase.  
I’m not sure what happened in the last week, but all of a sudden I’m finally feeling like a runner again.  A week ago I was struggling through my runs.  I  didn’t feel fluid and my times weren’t progressing at all.  This last week was fantastic!  All my workouts are starting to come together, I’m running faster, my swimming is steadily improving, and I’m feeling stronger on the bike each workout.  The best part I feel is that I’m less sore/fatigued between workouts.  
It’s a great feeling to know you’re firing on all cylinders!  I’m looking forward this this week!  It’s going to be a long one with 15.5 hours of training.  Time to get after it!
